As an HR leader, Kim is supporting business leaders through often unchartered waters. Kim Hamer is a compassionate HR leader who advocates for supporting managers through an employee's death. Her personal journey began in 2009, when she witnessed her husband's final moments. Inspired by the outpouring of support during his illness and after his passing, she coined the term "acts of love" to describe these gestures.
Recognizing the impact of loss on the workplace, she founded 100 Acts of Love, a consulting firm dedicated to coaching managers to navigate grief within their teams. Through her guidance, leaders learn to cultivate empathy, productivity, and trust, increasing team engagement and overall performance.

Kim is the author of "100 Acts of Love: A Girlfriend's Guide to Loving Your Friend Through Cancer or Loss," offering practical strategies to support those experiencing challenges. As a sought-after HR consultant and captivating speaker, she shares her experiences, insights, and expertise through engaging stories that inspire audiences.
Residing in Los Angeles, Kim balances her professional pursuits while being a loving parent to her college-aged children.
